Everyone at your radio station should have a user account in SPARC Media Hub.

• Login to SPARC Media Hub using your favourite browser
• Select AdminCP from the sidebar (If you do not see AdminCP, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select User Management from the sub menu. (If you do not see User Management, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select Add New User
• Start by entering the email address for your new user.
• Next select the stations this user should be assigned to.
• Select the user group this user should be categorized. Each user group has different permissions throughout SPARC Media Hub. See User Group Tutorials for more information.
• The field Access to Texting System will give users access to the texting platform for the stations selected. (If you do not have texting through SPARC Media Hub, you will not see this option).
• The field Access to Phone Lines will give users access to the Phone Screening software for the station selected. (If you do not have texting through SPARC Media Hub, you will not see this option).
• The field Assign To Remotes will allow this user to be assigned to remotes as the main announcer.
• The field Assign As Remote Op will allow this user to be assigned to remotes as the remote operator.
• The field Assign To Promo Events will allow this user to be assigned to any promotional event with the stations they're assigned to.
• The field Giveaway Prizes will allow this user to be assigned to prizes to be given away on the air.
• The field Available For Voice Requests will allow this user to be assigned voice requests from other markets using SPARC Media Hub.
• The field Assign As Writer will allow this user to be assigned as a writer to any creative request.
• The field Assign As Producer will allow this user to be assigned as a producer to any creative request.
• Once complete, click on "Add User" and the user account will receive an email asking them to register by creating a password and username. Note: If the user already has an account with SPARC Media Hub, they will receive an email to notify them of the new addition to their account.
