Setting Up User Notifications

With each module in SPARC Media Hub like Creative, Remotes and Promotions, everybody needs to be kept in the loop when required. The notification list will help specify who gets an email, and when.

  • Select AdminCP from the left-hand menu (If you do not see AdminCP, you do not have sufficient permissions)
  • Select Super Admin from the submenu. (If you do not see Super Admin, you do not have sufficient permissions)
  • Select Config Mail List
  • Choose the user using the Select User dropdown menu
  • Choose the station you'd like this user to be notified about using the Select Station dropdown. 
  • Use the checkboxes to check off the notifications you'd like the user to receive

What do all the notifications mean? 

Promotions:

  • New Event Request: when a new event request is submitted.
  • New Promo Request: when a new promo request is sent to the promo team.
  • Missed Prize Alerts: when the minimum number of prizes has not been given out.
  • Missed On Air Mention:  when the assigned number of on-air mentions has not been given out.
  • Completed Waiver: when a winner has filled out their prize waiver and has submitted it to the promo team. 
  • Weekly Promo Updates: every week part of SPARC Media Hub Automation, those selected will receive a copy of the promo event rundown.

Creative:

  • Digital Requests: when a new Digital Request is submitted to the digital team.
  • New Copy Requests: when a New Copy creative request is submitted, those selected will receive an email
  • Schedule Audio Requests: when a new Schedule Audio creative request is submitted, those selected will receive an email
  • Extensions Request: when an extension creative request is submitted, those selected will receive an email
  • Demo Requests: when a Demo creative request is submitted, those selected will receive an email
  • Other Requests: when a new production task is created through the Creative Dashboard, those selected will receive an email
  • Creative Exception: when the deadline exception checkbox is selected on any creative form, those selected will receive an email.
  • Out of Market Voice Request: when a new voice request is sent from another market, those selected will receive an email

Remotes:

  • New Remote Request: when a new remote request is submitted through SPARC Media Hub, those selected will receive an email
  • Remote Presentation: when any remote presentation is created, those selected will receive an email
  • Remote Talk Points: when the talk points on a remote have not been submitted and it is 3 days prior to the remote, those selected will receive an email. (The rep associated with the client will automatically be emailed and does not need to be added to this list)
  • Remote Assignments: when a remote has been assigned an announcer and producer, those selected will receive an email

Campaigns:

  • New Campaign: When a campaign is created in SPARC's Campaign Manager.
