Want to search every text messages sent and received by your cluster?

• Login to SPARC Media Hub using your favorite browser
• Select Text System from the sidebar (If you do not see Text System, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select Texting Tools dropdown on the right-hand side of the texting platform

Select Reports

• Scroll down past reports and you will see your full texting log

• Search the texting log for a specific phone number

• Or by specific text

• You also have the ability to search by a specific station phone line by using the station dropdown.

• Click Search and results will appear below the search bar
