• Login to SPARC Media Hub using your favourite browser
• Select AdminCP from the sidebar (If you do not see AdminCP, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select Super Admin from the submenu. (If you do not see Super Admin, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select Config Custom Fields
• Select "Promo Request" from the tabbed options at the top of the screen
• Add fields as needed

Tip: You can add a "Text" field for standard text, a "Date Picker" field to display a calendar to choose a date, a "Dropdown" field to allow users to select from a list of options, a "Checkbox" field to have a checkbox that users tick off.
